- How to Create a New Job Post: You can create a new job in two ways. You can use our AI to generate a job description based on a simple prompt, or you can manually upload your own. To use the AI, just provide a brief overview of the role, and the system will create an effective job description.
- Using Screener Questions: To pre-screen candidates, you can add screener questions to your job post. These questions help automatically filter out applicants who don't meet your minimum requirements. You can even mark a question as critical. This means if a candidate answers a critical question incorrectly, they will automatically fail the pre-screening process, regardless of their other answers. Use this feature carefully to ensure you don't miss out on qualified candidates.
- How Distribution Channels Work: When you're ready to publish, you can toggle on distribution channels. For every job post with at least one channel toggled on, 100 credits are deducted from your account. This action distributes your job across our network of over 1,000 job boards and networks, giving you maximum visibility and reach. You can always see your credit balance on your dashboard.
