Steps to Post a Job Using Aimme AI

1. Navigate to the Jobs Dashboard

   • From the main menu, click Jobs.

   • Select Create Job.
     
     

2. Provide a Prompt

   • Enter a short description of the role (e.g., “We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Developer with React experience to work remotely”).
     
     

   • Aimme will generate a full, polished job description optimized for candidate engagement.

3. Review & Edit

   • Read through the AI-generated text.

   • You can edit the content, add company-specific details, and adjust formatting.
     
     

4. Add Screener Questions

   • Just like with manual posting, you can add optional screener questions.

   • Mark any as critical if they must be passed to proceed.
     
     

5. Publish or Save
